Jaws won't read the controls on this website but Window-Eyes

Good day to all. In my search for free file storage for church sermons I have found mediafire.com. This site allows unlimited file storage and does not require registeration. I did set up an account and when trying to upload files noticed the following. Jaws didn't even achnowledge that there were controls on the page such as edit fields, combo boxes or brows buttons. Window-Eyes see's the combo box and the edit box but simply says nothing when tabbing to the brows button. Pressing space on the blank spot will open the brows box. So, this site is useless to a jaws user but a great find for a window-Eyes user. Why is this? Looking forward to some observations.

It works for me using jaws 8 and firefox 2.0 I can see the controls, although I haven't tried to upload any files since I'm at work. I can how ever get to the brows dialog.

Same here, I can access the file browse dialog box just fine with Jaws 8.0 and IE 6.02.
(XP Pro SP2)
Looks like all fields are totally accessible, but, again, I only lookeda t the page and clicked the browse button.
I have a WE 4.5 but didn't purchase upgrades as I somehow never found the time to learn the hot keys, if I have time to look seriously at Jaws laternatives I wonder whether to go with WE, System Access (which looks really cool) and/or nvda.

Wow! so jaws 8 might work? I hate the thing because it seems to have some really bad focus issues on the net. Hmmm. System access is a great alternitive although they have some work to do. It doesn't recognize image links and just says link rather then reading the address. Also, it won't handle GMail and I don't know why. NVDA still has work to do but certainly is great if you can't aford anything else. Thanks all for checking that out for me. I'll try a machine with 8 and see what I get. i am using I think it's 7.
